Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

If your order was already shipped, you can still cancel it but will have to pay the shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee.

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours after placing it.

After this timeframe, changes can no longer be accommodated.

When you receive an email saying your order has been "partially fulfilled", this means that some items in your order have been shipped earlier than the others. Not to worry! We guarantee you'll receive the remaining items in a few days.

The reason for this is we have multiple manufacturing warehouse and some items will be shipped from different warehouses or the item/s you ordered is currently out of stock and is still waiting for new ones.

Our website runs on a very secure platform that tag orders as high-risk or fraudulent when billing details entered do not match the actual account details of the payment method used.

When you receive an email asking you to verify your order details, this means your order had been automatically tagged by our system.

To proceed with your order, we will need you to send us the correct billing name, address, and contact number under the account of the payment method used. Once we verify this, we can proceed with shipping your order.

Majority of the time, we ship all your ordered items in one package.

Depending on stock, availability, and which manufacturing warehouse your ordered items come from, they may be shipped separately. Not to worry! You will be updated anytime this happens and receive tracking details for each shipment.

If you have a valid discount code and would like to avail it, you can enter it in the checkout page and click "Apply". As long as the code is not yet expired and the items in your cart are part of the promotion, you should be able to avail it.

You will encounter an error with your discount code if the promotion is already over and the discount code is expired. Otherwise, if the promotion is still ongoing, but it didn't work, this means the items in your cart are not included in the promotion.

Orders sent within Canada will not be charged any customs, taxes, or duties.

Orders sent to the United States will be required to pay customs, taxes, or duties if the order is over $800.

Shipping & Delivery

We are currently only shipping orders to Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

We will be expanding and shipping worldwide in the near future.

Depending on the shipping option you've chosen upon checkout, expedited shipping takes up to 48 hours. Otherwise, it may take up to 5 business days depending on the carrier.

Note: We are not liable nor responsible for any delays by the carrier.

To get your order before Christmas, you will need to order on or before December 18th.

Shipping to the United States and Canada cost $6.95. Free shipping for orders $65 and above.

Shipping to Mexico cost $14.95.

You can make changes to your order details, including your shipping address, within 12 hours after placing it.

After this timeframe, changes can no longer be accommodated. You will need to contact the carrier or your local post office.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking details.
